Asset Management covers a wide range of skill sets.
The Asset Management service we provide is as Owners representative. We sit alongside Ownership and act on their behalf when a third party management company has been employed.
We act to ensure the goals and objectives of Ownership are aligned with the strategy deployed by the management company.
We interface with the management company, review budgets, forecasts, monthly management accounts, performance against agreed KPI’s and brand performance (where appropriate).
We will lead on other tasks such as refurbishment work, development plans, operator selection and other project specific instructions.
